I have been senior digital media manager at Ohlinger Studios since 2016; I have 18 years of publishing experience, and my career path has mirrored the industry’s own digital transformation. I was originally a print-centric development editor at several of the major learning solutions providers but have spent the past decade helping to evolve the development and delivery of higher education course materials to best meet the needs of today’s tech-focused learners. My experience encompasses stints at Pearson, McGraw-Hill, Houghton Mifflin, and Cengage Learning and oversight of well over 100 digital courses and innovative e-learning products in areas ranging from English Composition and College Success to the Humanities spectrum—always with a passion for excellence and a focus on the user experience.
I graduated summa cum laude from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in English. I was fortunate to spend my junior year immersed in the study of Art History at the University of Edinburgh, during which time I enjoyed trying fried Mars bars, but not haggis.
I live in a beach town north of Boston but can most often be found at a local café or brewery with my family discussing the relative merits of bands that broke up before I was born. Despite developing state-of-the-art digital learning content, I prefer reading physical books with my daughter.
