I joined Ohlinger Studios in December 2017 to provide strategic and leadership development support.
I have over 25 years of professional experience as a successful change agent. I began my career in the Wood Composites Industry after earning a master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington State University. In my corporate career, I was often tapped as a facilitator for change: to implement Total Quality Management across 14 sites throughout North America; as Marketing Director to develop and execute new global marketing strategies; and as a liaison between business and IT for enterprise-wide projects.
After many years in my corporate career, I found my true passion coaching business owners. I have coached over 50 business owners in many different industries. Each coaching engagement is unique and can focus on anything from building systems as a more scalable platform from which to grow the business, to identifying improvements in cashflow and profitability, to longer term strategy and leadership development.
After being born and raised in Needham, MA, I went on the move and have lived in eight different states. My husband, John, and I have been settled in Worthington, Ohio, for the last 18 years, where we raised our two daughters, who have just begun their careers in Portland, Oregon (Athletic Retail) and Atlanta, Georgia (Industrial Design Research and Strategy). We enjoy traveling, hiking, reading and staying fit (running, biking, etc.).
