I have worked as a project manager at Ohlinger Studios since 2013. I started at the company managing the revision of test banks and instructor’s manuals for Worth Publishers (Macmillan) and Pearson Education titles in the areas of Psychology, Economics, Music, and Religion before moving to the development side of Pearson’s History discipline (U.S History, Western Civilization, and World History). Recently, I started development work in Pearson’s American Government/Political Science titles. Developing content for digital textbooks has given me the opportunity to explore how they can enhance student learning of a subject and how that knowledge can accurately be measured and applied.
I have a BA in English from The Ohio State University. Early in my career, I worked for The Gordon and Breach Publishing Group in Physical Sciences, first as a marketing assistant and then as a marketing manager in Life Sciences. Additionally, I worked for The American Ceramic Society—Books Division in marketing.
I am keen boxing enthusiast and attend bouts at every opportunity. I also enjoy reading, traveling, my children, and my utterly delightful supermutt, Cal.
